FOUNDER

Our founder CS. Anindita Dutta is a Commerce Graduate from University of Calcutta and an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. She successfully worked with both Indian and multinational corporations at multiple locations of India in their Legal & Secretarial department before starting her practice as a Company Secretary. She has got diverse experience in handling Corporate Secretarial and Legal compliances. She is the firm believer of the fact that Good Governance is the key to great success of the organizations.
